The computer software consists of Microsoft Word 2000 files with the manual, procedures and forms in templates ready for your review and editing, as necessary, to meet your company’s specific needs. Remember, it is easier to edit existing documentation then to create from scratch. Don’t spend your time re-inventing what has already been created and is available at a fraction of the development cost.

Once you open the files, you will need MicroSoft Word 2000 software for editing and maintaining the documentation. The amount of editing is dependent on the complexity of your company.

Fully formatted document templates for MS Word include borders, title and signature boxes, and professionally looking paragraph and form styles. You can further customize the templates in any way you wish. Detailed instructions on how to work with, and modify the templates are included with the software.
